  • Jini Thornton

    CEO and Founder

    When it comes to building a thriving business or taking your personal finances to the next level, Jini is the woman you want on your team! She is an entrepreneur, author, and finance expert in media. Our fearless leader is the visionary behind the Thank Me Later brand pillars and activations that empower Black women to confidently build and transfer wealth. She also leads the financial lives of some of the brightest talent in the entertainment industry – the definition of a #girlboss!

  • Teyonna Ridgeway

    Marketing & Sponsorships Director

    What do you get when you combine strategy, systems and storytelling, plus a heavy dose of positive vibes? Our marketing maven, Teyonna! She uses her 10+ years of experience in communications to oversee our brand marketing, programming and sponsorships outreach. She also manages projects and supports the development of new products that help women transform their finances.

  • Lauren Morra

    Programs / Events Manager

    Working in New York City for 10 years in hospitality and special event production at Tao Group NYC, has helped Lauren succeed in Atlanta as the Production & Events Manager for Thank Me Later. Developing, executing, and facilitating events that leave not only lasting memories but impact as well. Lauren also leads the team’s annual initiative, “Black Women Will” helping hundreds of women to prepare estate documents, for free.

  • Courtney Metcalf

    Social Media Manager

    At the heart of Thank Me Later is community, and Courtney keeps her pulse on everything that’s happening with our tribe! She manages our social media and private community for women, while also supporting our marketing efforts overall. She also owns her own social media agency, Essence Creatives & Branding, where she helps clients take their digital presence to the next level. 

What We Do

The Thank Me Later experience is like none other. We take a creative approach to money with our out-of-the-box ideas and transparent conversations. We walk along women on their unique financial journey, cheering for them every step of the way.
